• Electronic Docs are Permitted
• Proof of Income is Required
• Pre-Verification Call to Get OK to Build
• 90 Day Approvals
• POHO Stipulation Required
• Mobile or Manufactured Homes Must Own Land
• All Stipulations Must be Cleared to Receive Electronic or Paper Docs
• If Evolver SELF EMPLOYED provide last 3 consecutive bank statements. Voided check for ACH.
